By creating an account or using DateSafe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use DateSafe. By signing up you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Acceptable use
DateSafe is for personal safety planning. It is not a review or rating service for other people, and you may not use it to harass, surveil, or harm anyone.
Not an emergency service
DateSafe helps you alert your trusted circle and provides quick access to 911. It does not guarantee a response and is not a dispatcher. If you are in danger, call 911 immediately.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use after notice means you accept the revised terms.
